Foam pads and support frames ensures that the awning fits snugly against the caravan side, and a wide mudflap ensures that it is draughtproof at the bottom. Winter also demands that the awning is able to sustain a comfortable living climate. The Ventilation panel in the side, (which can be combined with opening the wheel arch cover) gives good circulation and reduces condensation. If you want to use the awning as an extra room, then consider a heater, used with a roof liner, which will help keep the awning warm and reduce moisture build up.
