These helpful tips show you how quick and easy it is to erect your awning with maximum tension, which will help to extend the life of your awning. Firstly, it is extremely important to check the awning channel for rough edges which could damage the beading. And to make it easier to slide the awning through, the channel should be lubricated with Aquatex spray (see optional extras). Besides standard assembly instructions, we have included some of our "Optional Extras" to help make your holidays as carefree as possible. Erecting an Isabella awning Assemble and lay out the frame in its correct position on a carpet or other protective covering ill. a. Pull the awning through the channel. To avoid soiling, do not place the canvas on the caravan roof. Check that both sides are level with the ground. Raise the centre pole and put the point of the cross through the centre eyelet of the canvas. Place leg in regulator strap. ill. d. Position the centre roof pole in the cross/FixOn 2 and tension ill. b. Mount corner poles and roof poles. Put the point through the corner eyelet and place the leg in the regulator strap. Mount the canopy. Tension corner poles. Tension front poles between the centre pole and corner poles. Tension roof poles. ill. c. Check tension on all poles.. | |||||||||||||||||
