For those of you looking for a fishing experience, Silkeborg Langsø is right on your doorstep, ready to challenge you with its rich fish life.
Children under the age of 15 can fish for free, and adults can purchase a day or weekly license. If you want to explore the surrounding "Put n' Take" lakes, there are more than 10 within a short driving distance.

If it's canoeing adventure you're looking for, Silkeborg Sø Camping is ready with canoe rentals for a trip up the Gudenåen river or a quiet hour on the Langsøen lake - perfect for both beginners and the more experienced.
The campsite rents out canoes for up to a full day, where you get the opportunity to sail up the Gudenåen river towards Himmelbjerget.
Mountain biking in the North Forest
In Nordskoven, which is only about 75 meters from the campsite, one of Denmark's best mountain bike routes has recently been established.
Nordskoven offers some of Denmark's most popular and challenging mountain bike trails, and the 23 km of trails have been used for large races on several occasions. The routes are divided into three levels of difficulty, blue, red and black.
The campsite also has a washing area for cleaning MTBs.

And for golf enthusiasts: Welcome to a true paradise! The area around Silkeborg Sø Camping offers many great and beautiful golf courses, including Silkeborg Ry Golf Club, Søhøjlandet Golf, Himmelbjerg Golf Club and Tollundgaard Golf Park.
The above mentioned courses are all within reasonable driving distance, making a stay at Silkeborg Sø Camping a great base for great golfing experiences.
In addition to the great golf courses, the campsite also offers putt-putt training on their Adventure mini golf course.
About the tent
The TimeOut tent is equipped with curtains and carpet. Electric light is installed in the form of two lamps. The tent also has two sleeping cabins, both of which contain comfortable box mattress beds.
