In addition to the statutory warranty of 2 years, Isabella provide a 2 year guarantee on all our products. If the products are registered online within 2 years from date of purchase, the warranty is extended to 3 years. However, this only applies to factory new awnings purchased within latest two years.
- 3 year warranty valid from date of purchase. The warranty is only valid if submitted to an Isabella retailer or directly to Isabella.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects and covers material and labour.
- Wear and tear is not covered under warranty including, but not limited to, for example leaks that have arisen due to lack of maintenance.
- The warranty is valid only upon presentation of proof of purchase receipt.
- The guarantee is personal and therefore is not transferable.
General Provisions for warranty
The Sale of Goods Act covers all defects that were present at manufacture, or where the cause of the fault was present at time of delivery.

We send emails containing tips and tricks about camping, product news, competitions, special offers and much more regarding Isabella etc. You can expect to receive approximately 2–3 newsletters by email per month.
You can opt out of receiving the newsletter at any time by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link included in each newsletter.
Personal data and how we use them
Signing up for the newsletter usually involves giving your name, email address and possibly your postal address.
We use these data to send you the newsletter and make the content relevant and personalised. We also use your address to send any prizes won in competitions associated with the email newsletter.
Our email system collects data about your use of the newsletters – including whether the newsletters are opened, how long they remain open, when the email/newsletter is deleted, and whether links are clicked. We use these data to improve our service so that we can more accurately target and adapt content to the interests of the recipients.
If you have registered a tent in our Isabella Club, we also use the data to document this.

The intention behind our newsletter is to create interest in our company and products as well as to put the spotlight on camping in general.
How long do we keep your personal data?
Your information is stored indefinitely, but you can at any time ask to be deleted from our systems. Please just contact email@example.com.
If you have registered a tent, we will store the data on this until the tent is no longer covered by the extended warranty – a maximum of three years from the date of purchase.
If you don't want our newsletter you can unsubscribe in the bottom of each newsletter.
Disclosure of data
We exchange your data with marketing and communication agencies and with software vendors who provide solutions that enable us to send out our newsletters. Naturally, we have a data processing agreement in place with them.
Transfer of data to third countries
Your data are transferred to the following countries outside the EU/EEA, as we/our data processor use a server located in that country:
