All work is carried out by our experienced team and is covered by our service agreement for 6 months. Our in house repair department use the same materials and machinery used during the manufacture of our awnings. We can usually reduce/enlarge awnings by a maximum of 50cm, please ask for details as this varies by model/size. We endeavour to repair roofs, panels, windows and zips on all our awning models from 2000 onward.

We will arrange trouble free collection & return of your awning anywhere in the UK.

Register your awning and become a member of Isabella Club. By signing up and registering your awning to Isabella Club you get 1 year extra warranty.
 

All Isabella dealers are carefully selected partners and receive regular training so that they are able to provide the best possible product information, whether it be good advice or help in choosing the right tent.

When it comes to repairing an awning, the dealer is also ready to provide the best assistance, and the awning can of course be handed in to the dealer, who will ensure that it is forwarded to Isabella A/S.
