How can I see whether my product is in stock? add
If your preferred product isn’t in stock at Isabella, the stock indicator will be red and you won’t be able to place a “Click & Collect” order. It’s a good idea to get in touch with your dealer directly, as they may have your product in stock.
Can I use Click & Collect for all products at isabella.net? add
There are products available at isabella.net that can only be ordered and purchased directly from our Isabella/Camp-let dealers, so you can’t reserve them on our website. When the “Click & Collect” ordering option is available it is clearly indicated on our products.
When do I have to pay for my product? add
You only pay for your product when you collect it from your selected dealer.
When will my products be ready to collect? add
When your product has been packaged up and is ready for our warehouse to send, you’ll receive
an email containing information on when your products will be ready to collect. It normally takes 2 working days.
Where should I collect my products? add
To collect your products, all you have to do is speak to an employee when you visit your selected dealer.
What do I have to bring along when I collect my products? add
You have to show your order confirmation when you collect your products. You can either print your confirmation or show the email you’ve received.
When do I have to collect my products by? add
Your products have to be collected within 7 days from when your selected dealer received them. After that, we can’t guarantee that your dealer will have the product available.
Can I cancel my order? add
No, you can’t. When you’ve ordered a product for collection, the purchase offer via your online order is binding. This means that you accept these terms and conditions and will purchase the products that you’ve ordered.
