Light markings on the mudwall

Have you noticed changes to the structure of your mudwall, and light staining?

You may find in some cases that the structure of the mudwall of the awning changes, with light staining. This is usually due to a kind of algae-like growth. In other words, it’s caused by tiny insect eggs that are laid in the depressions in the material. The best way to remove them is to apply AquaTex reproofing spray and to wipe with a soft cloth, possibly using a soft brush as well. AquaTex reproofing spray will also help to prevent future attacks.

This growth thrives on PVC/polyester and acrylic, for example, but it’s more visible to the human eye on PVC/polyester.
